Yes, It's another Vekoma Giant Inverted Boomerang. The fact that the park is going ahead with this installation is surprising to me, seeing as how the three other GIBs haven't opened yet.

Now that it seems SFMM and SFoG have paid the heavy price of installing the prototypes (and suffering the long delay in opening the rides), WBMW will get one up and running faster, maybe even cheaper, than the SF parks. To me, it seems like they waited this one out perfectly - learning from someone else's experience is a sign of wisdom.

Uhm, gatorwoodie, WBMW IS owned by Six Flags, Inc. The one in WBMW, Madrid (park opens 2002) is called Twister. I think this name is too plain. And SFoG's and SFMM's are opening 8/25 (SFMM), and 9/1 (SFoG) respectively.

Well actually, GatorWoodie, I believe Warner Bros. Movie World is run by Six Flags. In addition, I'm willing to bet that WBMW knew about the problems with the Deja Vu's here in the states long before any signs of construction appeared. If they really were learning from anyone's mistakes, they wouldn't be getting a Vekoma prototype in the first place.
