They went on to mention that they can build 200 foot rides, however... the stipulation with this is that the ride cannot be lit above tree level (whatever height that is) unless it is for emergency lights (such as lights for planes to see). This could work for such coasters as Intamin Hypers where they light it from below highlighting the structure & supports... but it might make it a little difficult for drop-type rides especially if they are lit at the top for decoration.
Great Escape can build tall rides as long as they do them in the lower elevation areas of the park.
Some of the first few enhancements, improvements, & additions that they are planning include: New septic systems, a bridge over Rt 9n, improved parking, new entrance plaza (probably when they convert to Six Flags), on-site hotel, & convention center.
The thing is... I think I read they (I am too lazy to dig for the article, but I did post it a month or so ago on the forums) are going to use about 20 or so million per year for enhancements, improvements, & additions (ie: rides) for the next 8 years.
I think next season will be big to make up for the past couple seasons where they WANTED to expand, but they couldn't... it will most likely bring forth a new coaster as well as a few new rides!
The sky-coaster is nice, but it doesn't make a park.
