Six Flags Great America: Deja Vu

ok, well as you all know great america's Deja Vu has been sitting there watching while SFOG's makes mistakes. Well, I'm pretty sure that G.A. has been learning from the mistakes of Deja Vu at SFOG. Now, G.A. finely got the train in for Deja Vu. Once they put it on, they can start testing, once they get the ok. So I was thinking, the train is suppose to go onto the track before monday now thats 2 days away. So, the park needs 100 hours of testing in. Ok, This got me thinking. Soon, the park will only be open weekends, so, they can test more. Deja Vu in my eyes can possably be opened by Labor day weekend. I might sound a little crazy now but, I'm so having a feeling, if all goes well, I'm planning on going labor day weekend, because, I just have a HUGE feeling it might be open. Remember, v2 opened before Media day, Why can't Deja Vu? So in conclusion: Basically if all goes well, I'm planning a Labor Day Weekend opening. Or the week-end right after. Has anyone else been thinking about some of this same stuff?

Where did you hear this from. Who knows when GAm gets the trains. I can almost guarentee you that Deja Vu won't open this year. Why would the work extra hard to open the ride for 1 month out of the whole season, when they can spend the whole off-season fixing up everything and having it opened brand new and good for the next season?
cause if they don't get it up this season they will look like dumb-asses.

If they don't get Déjà Vu up and running by the end of this season, that'll be crazy. A new coaster for the 2001 season to open the season after. All I have to say is that it better be worth waiting an extra year.

Maybe they knew Déjà Vu would open late, and that's why they got V², who knows...

Six Flags Great America-Record Braking, History Making. "The year they got 2 new coasters and forgot to open one."
They got sued for the "Record Braking, History Making". Couldn't they also possably get sued if Deja Vu doesn't open? I mean, they did all the advertising and stuff. They still make it so, it looks like it is open. It WILL open this year. END OF STORY.
CoasterSaurus: I hear ya, those commercials that they used to play saying, "record Breaking, History Making, 2 new coasters for 2002" will look mighty funny.:)

"Thank you for challenging the Raging Bull. We hope you enjoy the rest of you're day, here at Six Flags Great America."
Coastersaurus, they already do appear as you've described.
