Admire the view while waiting, and consider that this is probably the longest coaster ride you'll be on that day...

We got stuck on The Beast. I admired the view, consoled some girls behind me who were freaking out and didn't understand what the ride op told us Via loudspeaker, and took some pictures

CoasterCliff, trains don't get jammed or stuck, they get stopped by the operators. What are you gonna do, pry yourself out of the seat?

Ride operators don't stop trains unless there is an emergency. Usually when a train stops on the lift or in the block brakes it is because a train in front of it (in the next block) hasn't moved -- maybe because of someone needing help to get in/out, illness, someone didn't have their harness on right, whatever the case. It's called a "setup", and the computer automatically stops the trains so that they don't collide. The ride ops will have to restart the ride, no big deal, really. I've done it dozens of times on both coasters I've worked (Iron Dragon and Disaster Transport).

The only time I've ever been stopped on a rollercoaster was The Beast and that was because a downpour started about halfway through and they stopped us on the second lift hill.

Traditionally.. I like to yell...

"OH MY GOD!! WE ARE ALL GOING TO DIE!!!! I DONT WANT TO DIE THIS WAY... WE ARE ALL GOING TO FALL OFF THIS 208 FOOT COASTER TO OUR DEATHS! GET ME DOWN! THERE IS NO WAY TO SURVIVE! THE CHAIN WILL SNAP ANY MOMENT AND ALL OF OUR SAFETY BARS WILL BECOME UNLOCKED ANY SECOND!"

*ahem*

...now only once in a while does the event of me getting stuck ever happen...

Usually I just wait it out and look over the park, but sometimes when i just feel like being mean I scare some people next to or around me.

I was stuck on Son of Beast's lift hill on Tuesday. As much as I wanted to ride, I really wanted to get to walk back down. Apparently they stopped it because someone's restraint was not down far enough.

I have never gotten stuck yet, but if I did I would of course just sit and wait since theres nothing else to do.

Like most other people that posted, I just sort of take in the view of the park. I actually getting a prolonged view. The only part I hate is when people start screaming. That is annoying. As if anything is going to happen to you while you're sitting there!
