That generally seems to be true of any "first of it's kind" coaster. I think the layout of MF is a little weak. The steepness and speed of the first drop are it's biggest thrill, but after that it could be better. I still like it enough for it to be my #2 steel coaster (at least until I get back to CP to re-evaluate it). Iron Wolf and Stealth are other examples - good, but still kinda basic compared to what came after them. SoB is a great coaster, but the best are yet to come.
