Want to see what GNW will look like

SFMM went from Amusment Park to Xtreme Park.They skipped Theme park :)

I see a woodie, but not a Deja Vu clone. I do see, however, a what-might-be-hyper with the same color scheme as Deja Vu.

Sorry to sound confused but has this park been officially proposed. (I'm wwwaaayyy out of the loop huh? :)) If so what chain has announced it or is it privately owned.
