If you had to pick another park...

If you were making a short trip to So. Cal. and already had a trip to SFMM planned and could go to 1 other park in the LA area which would it be and why? Which park has the best bang for the buck? Thanks,

I would say Knotts Berry Farm because they have the most coasters behIND sfmm or PGA but i'm not sure if its in So Calif

PGA is in NorCal.

I would most definetly hit knott's....

Knotts would have my vote. IMHO, Ghostrider is the best pound for pound coaster in the world, and I have ridden a lot. Granted, just an opinion. Secondly, you get to ride Supreme Scream which has quickly become another favorite.
PGA is nice, but too far, and same goes for SFMW.
Disneyland? NO! Cal. Adventure? Heck NO!
Knotts? Ahhhhhh:)

I'd hit California's Adventure,why not???
Aside from a wooden coaster,large water ride and S&S towers,there doesn't seem to be much at Knott's Berry farm.
I've heard from more than a few people that they liked and had more fun at DCA than at KBF.
I also heard that Ghostrider was just like Villian which I didn't really enjoy.

I say go to Knott's. Ghostrider is awesome. Montezooma's Revenge has an intense launch. Perilous Plunge and Timber Mountain - two must rides even if you're not into water rides. Plus the park has a great atmosphere.

And you have to add Mrs. Knott's Chicken Dinner Restaurant - can't miss eating here. Probably the best food you'll encounter in SoCal.

The only place I can go to is No Cal.

Knott's!!! It has some of the best rides i have ever riden like Ghostrider, Supreme Scream, and Perilous Plunge. They also have tons of good flat rides in Fiesta Village like, my favorite, the Tumbler which is across from Jaguier, nice little coaster, and Montezooma's Revenge, awsome shuttle coaster. There is also alot more. If I was you, I'd head there.

I had the same choice to make and I picked Knott's. It was a wise choice. GhostRider alone was worth the trip, plus it was a wonderful park, it was clean, had friendly employees, and good food even though I missed eating at the Chicken restaurant.

So my advice is go to Knott's.

i am going to all three of those parks in a week. SFMM, california adventure and knott's. i haven't been to knott's in a while so i cannot wait to ride ghostrider and i am tried of hearing people trash DCA. I think it is going to be a most excellent park and at least they have a major coaster, too.

Knott's! I only could choose one park when I went to SoCal, and look what I choose! Ohhh them memories of Monte':)
