The best trainer is whichever trainer you like best. People have different needs for them, so they stick with different trainers than some other people might. There can be no best trainer, because even if it did have all the features anyone ever wanted, and it was a small size, the way you'd execute commands would be hated by some, while loved by others, so it wouldn't be the best.
If you want to know what the best trainer is, do your own homework. Search something like Excite or Yahoo and download some yourself, and figure out which one you like best.
