Giant Drop open at Sfgram

On aug. 1, giant drop opened to the public after some fixin with the ride. i saw a fork lift workin on the ride, i saw them messin around with the wires/cables on it then about 5 mins after that, i saw the ride operate, and for about 20-30 mins of testing they opened the ride to the public. I believe i saw only two carages (sp) not working. I also saw them workin on deja vu breaks. nothin new

I was also there August 1st, and it was down for half of the day. There was some type of box at the top of one of the connecter things. But then later in the day I saw it opened. Of course the line was out of the line itself so I did't ride it. What was wrong with it?
