Favorite Coaster Trains

I'm talking about themeing or paint jobs NOT how they ride and feel.
My all time favorite on wood have to be the PTC's on the Cyclone at SFNE. They are painted like American Flags. I'm not that patriotic but they just look cool kinda make me want to take my hat off. :)
As for steel I'd have to go with the train on Dragon Mountain at Marineland in Canada with the lead car that looks like the head of a dragon. Even Viper at SFGADV has cool looking trains.

I thought Gwazi's train looked cool. It had that African look to it with the Lion and Tiger on the front of both trains. As for steel, Montu. The Eyptian symbol of a hawk looked cool on it's tains.

I like Apollo's Chariot...

I love Intamin hypercoaster trains, but I think Superman: Ride of Steel at SFDL's look better than Millenium Force's (I don't care for the decal on MF). The trains are so open and comfortable.

I liked the "shredded" paint (or stickers) that are on The Beast.

I also liked the trains on Goliath. Has anyone else noticed how wide those trains are? You could almost fit another person between the two riders on those Giovanola hypers. You feel like you are all alone, even when someone is next to you.

Gotta ride 'em all!

For the steelies, both of my picks come from the point: I love the "futuristic, space" look of the Magnum XL's trains; when it comes to comfort, though, I believe that Intamin's win the contest.

For the woodies, both come from SFO: the most comfortable are the Villain's, but riding in the Big Dipper's cars with lack or restraints is the ultimate ride- only a very high lap bar to hold on to- pretty ironic on a ride that has mucho air.

I agree Soggy, I love Goliath's trains, so comfy and roomy! And ride as smooth as glass.

I'm glad no one voted for GCI's Millenium Flyers. Sure they look pretty, but GCI has got to do something about those dam lap bars that staple you into the seat. And since they're extra heavy, they press down even harder as you go along, so by the end of the ride, you can hardly breath! Very uncomfortable and ruin any chance of airtime. Their coasters are great, but those lap bars have to go!

I love the look of the trains on the Villain ... and now that they've added padding to the lap bars I might enjoy the ride even more.

Age and treachery will always overcome youth and skill.

Not that you get to see them much, but Space Mountain and Rock'n'Roller Coaster are definely nicely themed.

The Thunderbolt's NAD trains are the best in my view. I love the streamlined look and they're very comfortable.

I have to agree, I think Dueling Dragons trains are by far the best looking around, although I've yet to see many on this list.

My favorite coaster trains are Millenium Force's. The open side and tiered seating is cool.
