When they feel like it I guess. I'm not sure that they have a set date...yet. Don't worry, people will let us know when it is. It won't go uncovered, you can bet that.

CP hasn't made their announcement date public knowledge. There may be certain people who know, but that's only because they've been notified so they can cover it (i.e. webmasters, news reporters, etc.).

However, I doubt anyone except the CP higher-ups know at the moment.

Be patient, the time will come...
