I'll start this TR out by saying that with this post, I am officially a hyperbuzzer.
Entered the park at about 20 minutes to 11. I was with my family, and most of them are coaster-phobic. So, we began with a nice ride on Roaring Rapids.
Roaring Rapids- A great ride meant to soak you. The three ride-op operated cannons ensure that you are wet if you aren't already.
After Roaring Rapids, we headed to the American Eagle to Air-Dry.
American Eagle- A great woodie, ejecting you from your seat each time you crest a hill. The first drop is great, as are the return bunny hops. The only thing that irked me about this ride was the helix. It's far too rough. Yes, it's a woodie, but this is far beyond tolerable towards the end. Fun, but needs some retracking.
After the eagle, we sat down and ate. After eating, we headed over to Splashwater Falls to let our food settle.
Splashwater Falls-Soaks you to the core. Also, there was the most animated ride-op that I've ever seen at Great America. I believe his name is Dan. Some examples of his comments were, "See ya, enjoy your bath!" and "If you would not like to get wet, close your eyes and if you don't see the water, you're not getting wet!". It's a heck of a lot better than the automated "Push down, pull up" announcement.
After splashwater falls, I ditched my family to ride Raging Bull while they went to see the Great Russian Circus. I saw that show last year and wasn't allto impressed.
Raging Bull-One word. Perfection. From initial dip to final brakes, this is a masterpiece. However, there seemed to be a odd, loud scraping noise coming from the train at points during the ride. Also, the ride-ops were stacking consistently today, and at times during my .5 hour wait, I saw three train tracking several times. Still a great ride with good dispatch times.
After that, I rejoined my family, and we rode Viper together.
Viper- No wonder that the C.I. Cyclone is as popular as it is. This is one great ride. You are off your seat from ride start to ride end. This woodie is incredible.
After that, we hopped on Looger's Run, your typical log flume, and departed from the park at 5:30.
This was an amazing day with no line longer than 45 minutes. Kudos to the staff at this incredible park.
**Side Note**
Deja Vu is still lying dormant, with cables attached, but no apparent lift motors, and the two rails are still missing in station. However, I did see large objects wrapped in blue plastic, but from the shaped, appeared to POSSIBLY be trains for the ride.

Welcome to Six Flags Great America, home of the fastlane and delay-ja vu! We have now officially been deemed the world-wide wait!
