It has anti-rollbacks, but like the other recent Intamin rides it has a wheel that drags on the track that creates a current that lifts the anti-rollbacks. Anti-rollbacks are one of the most replace parts on traditional systems because they drag all the way up the lift over and over again. This system increases their life span.
Few coasters ever get stuck. That's not an accurate term. They are stopped, but not stuck. Yes, Millennium Force is stopped on the lift every morning on purpose to test the anti-rollbacks. Sometimes, but rarely, it happens during the course of the day when the previous train hasn't cleared the final brake run before the next train crests the lift.
