How about instead of thinking up names about SF parks, how about helping them out with naming their coasters something original! :) How many "Batman"s can there be?

"i just have a question. why would sf name a park Great America, and America. it makes Six Flags America sound cheap doesnt it?"

Most of the country has no clue about any SF park except the one that they goto. SFA was renamed SFA because of it's location being close to DC. That makes sense. Then there is SFGAm. That was renamed SFGAm from... well, Mariott's Great America. So, they kept that ones name, and 10 or so years later they renamed SFA, knowing most of the country wouldn't know about either, and the people who knew about 1 of them would only know 1, therefore not getting them confused.

When they get their act together in Washington state (northwest), they should name it Six Flags Pacific.

And with some of the SF name calling and SF stereotyping I think I will end this note and complete the SF naming as: Six Flags Great Topic Closing.
