SFMM Question(s)

Hello, I am a first time poster, long time reader, and am travelling to California in a few weeks; and hopefully to Six Flags Magic Mountain.

-(1)- Coming from the south (south of LA) what is the best route to take. I'm not familiar with the "local" roads, so a freeway route would probably be the best.

-(2)- We have friends out in CA with AAA (as do we here) - Does AAA have discounts on SFMM coupons? (I checked the website but I don't know any local zip codes out there)

-(3)- Which days usually have the least crowds? I am thinking a Tuesday - Wedsnday (thats how it is out here) but I'm now sure :)

-(4)- Any other tips to make SFMM the best experience possible?

Edit : -(5)- If we can't get AAA tickets what is the price to SFMM?

Take I 5 North to Valencia to get to SFMM. Here is how should plan your day.

Get there when it opens go straight to Orient Express Transport ride. You will use the many times throughout the day! Then to your right is S:TE it should be a walk on Ride this in the front row once. Then go down the hill to the back of the park and hit RR. You can ride is about 5 times with no wait if ya run! I wouln't wait for the front I would just walk on to row 3 or 2. Then B:TR in the front seat should be a short wait. now just go keep going to your right and hit Colossus, Flashback then to Goilath then go to the right agian and you will run into Viper and Reveloution. Also don't forget Ninja and Gold rusher in the middle. Pysclone might also be open. This plan will do you great! It will give you re rides even on a crowded day which probibly will happen beucase its summer. Plan on 40 minute waits for the top rides. Viper and Reveloution are walk ons at dusk.

Im going on the 30th wich is a Monday and Im guessing there will be a minnimum amount of people because its the first day of the week.
