Cedar Fair PR... Unbeatable.

I recently wrote to a whole slew of amusement parks, commenting on how great there parks are, and requesting posters from them. Well, I got a response within half-an-hour (on a sunday night)from Cedar Point thanking me for my comments, and saying that they have just sent me a Millenium Force Poster, as well as a bunch of photographs and brochures, etc. I also got a response from Dorney saying that they too have sent me a Talon poster. From Valleyfair, I got a kind letter thanking me for my comments, but saying that since they havn't gotten a new coaster in years, so they don't have any posters left. Well, I just recieved the package from the Point with, as they said, a big Millenium Force poster, some really nice 8x10 glossy photos of Magnum and Mean Streak, just waiting to be framed, and a bunch of other great stuff... All for telling them how much I enjoyed their park.

[I also wrote to Busch and Universal parks, but have not recieved a response. I would have written to Six Flags and Paramount Parks, but I could not find any E-Mails for them]

Yeah, I sent a letter to them for a school project to see what kind of things I could get. I got an 8X10" glossy of Millennium Force and Mantis (black and white great shot of Diving Loop), I also got the original layouts of Magnum and Mean Streak. I was really impressed by their willingness to give out as much information as possible to just an average joe.

Your best? Losers are always whining about doing their best...winners go home and ******* the prom queen.
Funny I emailed Cedar Point three times within the last two months on same very important issue(it wasn't a bad issue) and have yet to get a response.

That's because every kid wants to do that... try sending a real actual postal letter instead.

I emailed Cedar Point about some information and I got an email reply and a package in the mail. I was impressed by the gesture even though the information they sent wasn't exactly what I was looking for.

Jeff, I didn't just send a email to info@cedarpoint.com I sent to a certain person in the park that I have done business with before. My current project(not school project, way bigger) cannot move forward till Cedar Point writes or emails me back(I need them to sign off on my project for copyright reasons).

By the way, could you stop calling me a kid(it seems like you always fit that into your posts about me).

Back on the subject... I have emailed Cedar Point before about school projects and they sent me a lot of stuff.
