Has anyone ever rode a rollercoaster with there eyes closed? I have done this from time to time and you certainly feel the G-Forces more.

No. I like looking at the track and surroundings. Plus, it can be painful if you don't prepare for upcoming turns and such.

If you close your eyes, you totally ruin the feeling that your riding a coaster.

I've ridden a few like that for a "change"; most recently S:ROS and B:KF. I also rode some of my first coasters like that (Jet Scream @ SFoMA, Dragon Fyre @ PCWo). But now, I cant understand why one would want to ride with their eyes closed if they are scared. I've found the ride experience to be more intense with eyes closed, even though I knew the layout of S:ROS & B:KF pretty well.
Of course, if you ride The Legend or Raven at night, eyes open or eyes closed you still cant see ish!

I love to ride The Great Bear at Hershey with my eyes closed. It is AWESOME!!! The ride is very smooth. I'd have to say it's one of my favorite things to do in life!!! Just sit back, close my eyes, relax every muscle in my body and enjoy the ride! If you have never tried it- you should!

I did Steel Force w/ my eye's closed, but it's easy to prepare for curves because the ride layout is easy to memorize.

I closed my eyes my 1st time on Raptor.... I discovered then that I get motion sickness... I have to keep my eyes open no matter how scared I am now.

I've never gone through a whole circuit with my eyes closed, but at the beginning of my coaster enthusiasm, I closed my eyes on the first drop of every coaster I went on because I was scared. Now I take in all the scenery while riding coasters

That's what I used to do as well. I have a fear of heights and I always needed to close my eyes about 3/4 of the way to the top until just after the drop. I was fine once the coaster picked up some speed. Lingering at a height is what does me in. I'm more used to coasters now and I usally leave my eyes open - I just can't look directly over the side of the car.

Unless someone's got one of those glowing sticks out there. Then it's green streak through the night!

yeah i rode SROS at SFDL with my eyes closed its just as fun with your eyes closed plus i was in the very last seat. just when you enter the lift hill i closed my eyes i had no clue when the drop was coming up and it seemed to last forever the drop. after doing that i wonder why people would close their eyes like stated earlier its more scarier with your eyes closed, dumb GP.

First time I rode a B:TR. Also, does keeping your hands on your face to fend from the rain count.

I like riding with my eyes closed, only after I have ridden with open eyes a couple times to enjoy the elements of scenery. I don't do it cause I'm scared, I'm never scared! I find that it makes the drops feel longer because with your eyes open you can see when the drop will end, but with closed eyes you never expect it! It is a very fun experience, but I like to do both.

LOL, My dad still does that. I yell at him for doing it;)
I can't close my eyes. Everytime I do I always knock someone in the head.
