United Parks & Resorts Inc. (NYSE: PRKS), a leading theme parks and entertainment company, today announced the promotion of Kyle Miller to President and Scott Maupin to Chief Parks Operating Officer, effective September 22, 2026.
In his new role, Miller will work closely with Chief Executive Officer Marc Swanson and the executive leadership team to advance the Company's growth strategy, operational priorities and commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences across its portfolio of parks.

"Having spent more than three decades growing his career within our organization, Kyle has a unique understanding of our business, our culture, and our commitment to delivering experiences that matter. His leadership will be instrumental as we continue executing our growth strategy and creating value for our guests, team members, partners and shareholders."
Since joining the executive leadership team as Chief Parks Operations Officer, Miller has been responsible for overseeing operations across the Company's park portfolio. Previously, Miller served as Park President of SeaWorld Orlando, Discovery Cove and Aquatica Orlando, where he helped lead some of the Company's most successful operational and guest experience initiatives. Miller began his career with Busch Entertainment Corporation in 1995 and has served in a variety of leadership positions across the Company's operations, culinary, merchandise and park management functions.

Following Miller's promotion, Scott Maupin will assume the role of Chief Parks Operating Officer. Maupin previously served as Co-Chief Parks Operating Officer of United Parks & Resorts.

"He brings significant operational experience and a clear focus on execution, performance and the guest experience. Maupin joined United Parks & Resorts in May 2026 as Co-Chief Parks Operating Officer, bringing more than 30 years of experience across theme park, resort and hospitality operations. Prior to joining the Company, he served as Senior Vice President and Managing Director for Merlin Entertainments, where he led its North American portfolio of 45 entertainment destinations. Earlier in his career, Maupin held senior leadership roles with Great Wolf Resorts and Six Flags.

The Company also announced that Christopher Finazzo, Chief Commercial Officer, will depart United Parks & Resorts to pursue new opportunities. United Parks thanks Finazzo for his contributions during his tenure and wishes him well in his next chapter.
