Woman hit by duck on roller coaster sues SeaWorld Orlando

A woman is suing SeaWorld Orlando after a duck allegedly entered a roller coaster's path and struck her in the face, knocking her unconscious and injuring her. She is seeking at least $50,000 in damages for what she says is negligence on the part of SeaWorld.

That's interesting, that there's a Florida law about wild animals. That seems like it would tie the hands of the judge, and they must dismiss.
