It sucks about your leg, Dave. I'm just so happy you're still with us. Get well soon, as well as you can get. I hope to see you at a park sometime in the future so I can tell you about my cousin, who walks around with a prosthetic leg.

Maybe I can go to Orlando this winter and visit Disney and Universal, of course using park hopper tickets.
I do know that when a ride vehicle comes for me, I will still hop aboard.
For now, I'm just happy I was able to stand up on a standing frame today. My leg didn't tolerate it well, but it's the best I've done since all this started. First I stand, then I can get hopping.
I'm documenting most of this on Facebook ( http://facebook.com/RideMan ) and it's all public...you don't need to be my 'friend' to see it.

Dave, you've got a leg up on the rest of us. Your jokes have me hanging on a limb. You should have been a Jungle Cruise skipper. I think you would have gotten a kick out of it.
In all honesty, I think attitude wins the day with challenging health issues. My sister was given a very, very small chance of surviving a pretty horrific cancer diagnosis last year. I believe her positive attitude is a significant reason why she is still with us today.
Just keep putting one foot in front of...well...you know what I mean.
