The Best Waterpark FREE w/ the Amusement Park

Ok,
I already know there is a topic on which waterpark takes the cake. That is referring to just an overall stand alone waterpark. This question referrs to the ones in the amusement park itself:

What waterpark in the amusement park of which is FREE with paid admission to the park is the best one that you have experienced?
Please explain why, too... such as what they offer that stands out.
This includes:
* Most variety of slides
* Most variety altogether including wave pool, lazy river... etc.
* Best theming
* Best crowd control (ie: when it gets busy, waits aren't 30 minutes to ride a single slide)

This would exclude Cedar Point's Soak City since it isn't free with regular paid admission.

I have heard that Canada's Wonderland offers quite a bit being over 35 acres and has a ton to do.

Sit up right, hold on tight!
Waterworks at PKI is an incredible water park.
Hurricane Harbor at SFStL has a very large variety of slides, from tube to speed. However it is always packed to the gills, so I'd say Holiday World's Splashin' Safari. There's never any lines, and the Ottorongo slides are some of my favorites.

Michigan's Adventure's waterpark beats out PKI's and SFWOA by far. It has 13 water slides, 3 wave pools plus a nice kiddie land and a lazy river! *** This post was edited by Catherine on 7/10/2001. ***

Michigan's Adventure totally. I love how after a few hours of riding rides how you can just walk over to the water park. The wave pool ROCKS!
Virgil Abbage:

Like I said before... Soak City at Cedar Point cannot count because it is not included with the standard admission to Cedar Point. You got to fork over anywhere from like 10 to 25 dollars extra for the combo Ride&Slide or Ride&Slide Again pass...

...So you are paying for it... and that means that it had better be good!!

I was more or less referring to parks where the waterpark is included in the standard admission. A park where you can decide to spend the day riding the rides, or take it easy and just soak it up in the waterpark sliding the slides or chillin on the other water attractions they offer!!

You can buy a 'Splash and Ride' combo at Morey's Piers gets you a 3 hour session that can be used anytime in the summer, as you don't have to use it the same day. You can pick from either of the 2 oceanfront parks. Quite impressive lineup of rides and slides, and as always, the ocean is free, and its right there.
Having recently been to PKI, PKD, SFA, and SFWoA it's my opinion that Michigan's Adventure has the best waterpark. SFWoA is number two followed by PKD, SFA and finally, PKI.
I love Michigan's Adeventure's! Nothing better than ridding the Timbers, Shivering Timbers that is. Then, going swimming in the wave pool and having a great time at an all around great park.

PKI's is nice also! I have to check out SFWoA's this summer and PKI's a little better!

I agree!!! These are the only waterparks i go to just because they are included with the ride pass and,i always have a great time in Wildwood.

While the only one I've been to is Michigan's Adventures, and this was some years ago, it was really nice - the slides had a good variety, and I love the wavepool! I really do prefer parks that include a modest waterpark with the regular admission, because it is so nice to cool off during the day without feeling like you're wasting money because you've already paid admission for the standard park.

PCW!!!!!!! they have two black hole slides, wave pool, lazy river, a playground with fountains, geysers, etc., Pipeline Peak which has the largest enclosed freefall slide on the east coast (9 stories!), and many other open slides! Its definitely one of the best
