Woman hit in face by object on El Toro at Six Flags Great Adventure

Sabreen Nassar, 19, was taken to an area hospital Friday night after she was struck in the face by an unknown object while riding the El Toro roller coaster at Six Flags Great Adventure, a theme park spokesperson has confirmed.
