Woman files lawsuit against Kentucky Kingdom for alleged injuries

A Bullitt County couple filed a lawsuit against Six Flags Kentucky Kingdom today claiming the woman broke her tailbone while riding the Tornado at the park last summer. The lawsuit alleges that Dawn Marie May was injured on Aug. 8 because of the park’s negligence in maintaining, inspecting and operating the ride.
