Wisconsin Dells developers want to build $60 million resort in Sandusky

Three Wisconsin resort owners have formed a partnership to build water parks in other states, including a $60 million dollar project near Cedar Point Amusement Park in Sandusky, Ohio. Plans call for a hotel with guest rooms and condominiums, a conference center, indoor and outdoor water parks, a fitness center and spa, restaurants and retail shops. The resort could open sometime next year.
