A.J. Morris, along with his wife, Glenda, is listed as the victim in the ninth of 10 securities fraud counts filed against Wild West World entrepreneur Thomas Etheredge in April. But Morris called the charges "inappropriate." In a letter Morris and his wife submitted last month to Sedgwick County District Judge Ben Burgess, Morris defends Etheredge, blasts Kansas securities investigators and calls his $100,000 loan to Wild West World "to a brother in need."
