Visionland, once in bankruptcy but now under new management, is looking to make a strong comeback. Southland Entertainment Group, which purchased the park last year for $5.25 million, is banking on the park's success, with a new look and new vision. The goal for Memorial Day weekend, a salute to the military, is 10,000 visitors. The 50-acre entertainment complex now has two areas, the Splash Beach Water Park and the Magic Adventure Theme Park, connected with a central Celebration Street.
