Massachusetts Asset Financing Corp., a company owed for a failed $1.5 million dinosaur exhibit at VisionLand, is asking U.S. District Judge Lynwood Smith to place the park in the care of a receiver, who would oversee the park's possessions and operation. The creditor says the park has been grossly mismanaged.
