Prop "C" on the San Diego ballot is an innitaitive to provide a 150, 80, and 50 variance for construction on the 66 acres around Soak City in San Ysidro/Chula Vista. Use is unknown, but it states retail. Ever seen a 150' tall retail store other than a Sears?
