Orlando's No. 2 theme-park resort announced Friday that attendance slipped just 4 percent during the final three months of the year, dropping to 2.3 million from 2.4 million during the final quarter of 2008. It was a far more modest decline than the double-digit percentage drops Universal recorded during the first nine months of the year, when the economy was still in the depths of the global recession.
