About 800 people were allegedly defrauded of some 100 million yen in a scheme uncovered last month in Chiba Prefecture involving the resale of tickets to Tokyo Disney Resort, police said Tuesday. The victims were told they would earn profits through the resale of tickets to the amusement park complex, Chiba prefectural police said.
