Third suit filed in Great Escape outbreak

A third law firm has filed a class action suit against Six Flags Great Escape Lodge and Indoor Waterpark after visitors to the park fell ill with the Norwalk virus. According to the state Department of Health, 496 people reported becoming ill after visiting Great Escape in March. The Health Department confirmed that the virus spreading at the park was the Norwalk virus, a highly contagious illness that generally last two to four days.
