A 14-year-old boy is in stable condition after he was caught underneath an Afterburner ride at the Kentucky State Fair. Inspectors say a 14-year-old boy, who was not on the ride at the time, crawled underneath the ride from the side to pick something up off the ground. He then got caught as the floor was lowering.
