Residents living around Sydney's iconic Luna Park will no longer be able to launch legal action against the amusement park based on noise complaints. New South Wales Tourism Minister Sandra Nori today outlined new laws to prevent legal action to close Luna Park as long as it does not breach acceptable noise levels.
