A lawsuit has been filed by the estate of the man killed last year at Lake Compounce when he was struck in the head by a testing roller coaster train while he was trimming grass. The suit claims park managers failed to comply with industry and federal safety standards. The suit also alleges that park managers did not train mechanics not to conduct tests with workers under the tracks or to communicate with each other by radio before running a test.
