SoCal park attendance steady in questionable war-time economy

If theme park attendance can be used as a measure of how Southern Californians are doing, things might not be as bad as one might expect. Despite the war in Iraq, an economy that remains stuck in the doldrums and the continuing orange security alert, attendance is holding steady with 2002 -- and in some cases running slightly ahead of last year -- at attractions in the region.
