The death of a Dallas woman who fell from the Texas Giant roller coaster Friday was only the second guest fatality in the park’s 52-year history. Although serious accidents are rare, Six Flags Over Texas visitors have contacted The Dallas Morning News with their concerns about the park’s staffing levels and what they perceive as safety lapses.
