Seven fair workers injured while testing ride in Miami-Dade

Seven carnival workers fell from a roller coaster Sunday while testing the ride for the upcoming Miami-Dade County Fair. Authorities said the Mark One roller coaster was being tested by representatives of the ride's owner, North American Midway Entertainment. A spokesman for Miami-Dade Fire-Rescue said one of the carts apparently jumped off the tracks or was derailed.
