Seabreeze president Rob Norris said the park is on track to meet or just beat the gross earnings of last year — a record — and some statistics show that staying local was on the mind of area residents looking for fun this summer. Pass sales were up 15 percent this year and zip code surveys showed that the park was popular for people in nearby markets who might have forsaken a longer trip to Hershey Park, Pa., or Old Forge in favor of someplace a little more gas friendly.
