San Diego attorney says it will get rent due from Belmont Park

Tom Lochtefeld, Belmont Park’s master leaseholder, filed for bankruptcy Nov. 3, seeking time to settle a rent dispute with the city of San Diego. The falling out could mean a nauseous turn of events for a once-troubled amusement park that has enjoyed a renaissance in recent years.
