Rye Playland amusement park-goers will have to pay an entry fee in a plan that County Executive Andrew Spano says will eliminate a taxpayer subsidy to the park. Called "pay one price," the plan will charge a $25 entrance fee for residents and $30 for nonresidents, or $3 to $5 for non-riders.
