Penalty phase of Conneaut Lake tax evasion case delayed

Former Conneaut Lake Park owner Gary Harris, convicted of tax evasion and fraud in connection with the historic park, will have to wait a couple of weeks before he learns his fate. His convicted co-conspirators were sentenced to 15 and 70 months.
