Park manager hopes for speedy trial in Pigeon Forge death

Charles Stan Martin, charged with second degree murder and reckless homicide in the death of a woman that fell from Hawk ride in Pigeon Forge, hopes that his trial will be speedy. Previous reports indicate that the safety system on the ride was bypassed.
