PARC Management, LLC to purchase Magic Springs & Crystal Falls

Officials at PARC Management, LLC today announced that an agreement has been reached to purchase the operations of Magic Springs & Crystal Falls from current owner, Magic Springs Development Co., LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
