Following the collapse of a teenage worker at Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom, the amusement park's parent company has been cited with failing to protect employees from heat hazards and illness, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration announced Monday. A $7,000 fine has been proposed, and the park has 15 business days to respond.
