Islands of Adventure is planning to make the park creepy for Halloween as mutants take over Super Hero Island and Dinosaurs disturb guests in Jurassic Park. Down the street at Sea World, park planners have some thing in mind for the younger set, as does the cast of Disney's Magic Kingdom.
