Oakwood has reopened Hydro, its Intamin giant flume ride, with new restraints that the owner describes as "fool proof." The ride has been closed since April of last year when 16-year-old Hayley Williams came out of the boat and fell to her death. To date, no explanation has been offered as to how she fell out of the boat.
