Longtime Coney Island Cyclone operator Carol Albert is giving up her current contract to run the coaster, and the city is looking for another outfit to give it longer hours and a longer season. Albert said she might bid on the city's contract but said she's giving up her current lease because the ride hasn't made money since her Astroland amusement park closed in 2008.
