New GM promoted at Worlds of Fun, regional VP post established

The former retail director of Worlds of Fun and a park employee since 1982, Wilburn replaces H. Phillip Bender who was promoted this week by Ohio-based parent company Cedar Fair LP to regional vice president over five parks, including Worlds of Fun and Oceans of Fun.
