Legoland California to pitch hotel proposal to city

Capitalizing on a winning formula, the owner of Legoland California will pitch a proposed hotel to the Carlsbad City Council on Tuesday. The decor of the inn's 254 rooms, grounds and amenities will highlight the tiny plastic building blocks that are the park's trademark feature.
