Mason City officials are expected to vote on the proposed 3-percent admission and 5-percent parking tax against visitors to Kings Island and other Warren County amusement attractions Monday, February 8. The plan, which has been discussed for several years, was presented at the November 23 council meeting, but was tabled after an abundance of public comment against it.
Kings Island is having a tax vote tailgate party prior to the City Council meeting on Monday, Feb. 8, in the Kings Island International Restaurant.
